Delays
We aim to have your order arrive to you in the processing and shipping estimates provided above, however there may be things out of our control that delay this. If you have not received your order in the estimated time, please contact info@lessithelabel.com.au.
Processing
We will do our best to have your orders processed as timely as possible. We will dispatch orders that are placed before 1pm AEST on a business day. For orders that are placed after 1pm AEST, we will dispatch the order the following business day. During sale or promotional periods, or other busy periods, processing of orders may be delayed. We appreciate your patience while we get your special items to you.
RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package (returns address is metropolitan Sydney). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, unless required by law, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
